In december 2005 NATUR Distillery bought the biggest distillery in Republic of Macedonia, AD MALEŠ EXPORT Berovo. This company has 500 ha of land property, included with 35 ha of plum plantation, 15 ha aplle plantation and 10 ha cherry plantation and 10 production buildings with technologies of juice pasteurization, destillation and drying house for fruit.
The history of AD MALEŠ EXPORT Berovo
In 1945 company FRUIT PLANTATION - SADNA DREVESNICA (OVOŠEN RASADNIK) was established. Activity was manufacturing of sapling on 50 ha land, which was a grant of Ministry of agriculture. In year 1950, the plantation increases to 85 ha. In the same year company FRUIT PLANTATION merger with SZR PETLEC – RUSINOVO under name Regional Economy Bregalnica (Regionalna Ekonomija Bregalnica). Within that company farm of sow and fowls was established. In 1958 was established PO Maleševsko Pole with activity of plum tree plantation. In 1963 PO Maleševsko Pole and Bregalnica merger into Maleševska sliva – Berovo Plum.
The existing company in cooperation with local cooperative societies counts 400 employees, who are occupied with agriculture, fruit growing, breeding, buying medical herbs, etc.

With transformation of companies in state property, the company has changed in POS Agrocombine Maleš – Berovo in 1990. In 1998 renames into AD Maleš Export Berovo.
